Sacraments are the greatest gift that God has given us and the means by which Sanctifying Grace flows into the world.
Avail yourself of the sacraments as often as possible. 
All the sacraments were instituted by Jesus Himself in order to continue His work of saving, healing, forgiving, and loving us on earth.
