Dear Families,
Welcome to PREP 2021-2022. I can't wait to see you and your children on our first day of class on Monday, September 13. Session will begin at 4:50 pm and end at 6:20 pm. Please allow extra time to find your child's class assignment. The class lists will be posted on the walls in the hallways. Once you know your child's class, please proceed downstairs to the cafeteria to have your child sit with their class. It is not necessary for you to stay for opening prayer, but you are more than welcome. The children will be given their books and folders on the first day. Please be sure to have them bring them to each class. They don't need to bring anything with them on the first day.
For dismissal we will again be utilizing the Pick Up Authorization Forms. If you have not filled it out, it is attached below. Please fill it out and send it in as soon as possible.
For pick up, please be patient and allow for extra time, as it always takes longer to check everyone's ID's with the Pick Up Authorization Forms in the beginning of the year. Once you have shown your id you will wait until after closing prayer and then proceed to your child's classroom. I will send a school floor plan out to you next week.
Today Governor Wolf has mandated that all children and adults wear masks in schools effective September 7. Thanks so much for your cooperation in wearing masks and sending your children to PREP with a mask on. Please be assured that we will take all necessary safety precautions while the children are in the building. Please be aware of social distancing while you are in the building as well.
I have attached the Student Release and Waiver of Liability regarding COVID from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Please fill it out and send it back as soon as possible. Per Archdiocesan instructions, all families must have a signed waiver on file to be able to attend in house instruction.
