Fasting and abstinence obligations
The USCCB prescribes the following, as a minimal obligation:
· Age 14 & older: Abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays in Lent including Good Friday
· Age 18 to 59: Fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday by limiting to one full meal, while the other meals those days are to be light

Palm Sunday, April 2- Saturday Vigil Mass 4:30pm
- Sunday Masses 8:30am, 10:30am
Holy Thursday, April 6- NO 6:30am Mass
- 9:00am Morning Prayer
- 7:30pm Mass of the Lord's Supper
- 8:30 (or beginning after Mass) Evening prayer and Adoration until 11pm, followed by Night Prayer
Good Friday, April 7- NO 6:30am Communion Service
- 9:00am Morning Prayer
- 1:00pm to 2:30pm Confession
- 3:00pm Passion of Our Lord
- 7:00pm Stations of the Cross
