Prayer for Priests
Hear with favor our prayers,
which we humbly offer, O Lord,
for the salvation of the soul of Fr. Terry,
Your servant and Priest,
that he, who devoted a faithful ministry to Your name,
may rejoice in the perpetual company of Your Saints.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son,
who lives and reigns with You
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.

Fr. Terry labored tirelessly throughout January to prepare for the visit of the major relic of St. Jude to our parish on February 2nd.
Fr. Terry went on 1570AM Holy Spirit Radio a few days before the event to talk about St. Jude, the visiting relic, our own 1st class relic of St. Jude, and a little history about his priesthood. To listen, click below.

Fr. Terry's funeral Mass took place on Wednesday, March 20, at St. Mark's Church in Bristol, where he grew up. St. Jude chartered a bus and many other parishioners drove separately to attend his viewing and funeral.
The church was beautiful and packed with people who came to honor Fr. Terry, including dozens of priests and bishops who were in attendance. Archbishop Nelson Perez presided, and Fr. Terry's classmate, Bishop Michael Fitzgerald, offered the homily. One pleasant memory he shared about Fr. Terry's great love for his Irish heritage (3/4 Irish) was that in seminary, he took his notes in green ink. Fr. Terry will be greatly missed.
May Fr. Terry Rest In Peace!
