Cleanliness is next to godliness, as they say, and cleaning the church is a small but very important way that we participate in the beauty of the liturgy.

Besides cleaning the church, we clean and iron the vestments and linens. This is a great job for someone who may not have time during the day but would like to wash or iron in the evening. This is a very important function, and we are in need of several more helpers.

Cleaning vestments requires a commitment of a few hours every other week. Cleaning the church generally takes place on Fridays after morning Mass and ends with a little coffee break and chit-chat.
